About the project
A thoughtfully crafted mixed-use development at the prominent intersection of Canada Way and Boundary. Comprises 46 residential homes—including contemporary 1- and 2-bedroom condominiums and heritage-inspired townhomes—alongside 18 commercial units. Our involvement focused on excavation, slab-on-grade preparation, blind wall construction, foundations, columns, and the first suspended slab.
